Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing, browsing and/or using our platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not accept all the T&Cs, you must leave the Platform immediately.

We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to users from certain countries, territories, or jurisdictions due to local laws and regulations (as outlined below). The list of restricted countries includes:

  • European Union (except where special agreements are in place)
  • Israel
  • Iran
  • Russia
  • Belarus
  • Syria

Account Registration Rules

  1. Each user can have only one account.
  2. You must not create an additional account using different names, email addresses or any other information to circumvent these restrictions.

Identity Verification and KYC

To comply with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and prevent identity theft:

  • We may request documents verifying your name, address, date of birth and photo ID.
  • Failure to provide requested documentation will lead to account closure until such time as the necessary verification is completed.

Account Accuracy Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining accurate information about yourself in your account settings. Any changes must be made through our designated support channels.

Account Security Responsibilities

  1. You are entirely liable for all activities occurring under your account.
  2. Keep login credentials and password safe, secure and confidential at all times.
  3. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or breach of your account's security.

Restricted Behaviour and Prohibited Activities

Do not engage in any behaviour that could damage our reputation, disrupt gameplay or jeopardize the integrity of our Platform:

  • Multi-accounting (using multiple accounts to claim bonuses or rewards)
  • Bonus abuse (manipulating system vulnerabilities or exploiting bugs for unfair advantage)
  • Cheating or colluding with other players
  • Hacking into accounts or using unauthorized software

Bonus and Promotion Rules

  1. Only one bonus offer per player can be accepted at any given time.
  2. Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses (3x wagering on promotions, 15% cashback for Diamond members).
  3. We reserve the right to change or withdraw bonus offers without prior notice.

Wagering and Gameplay Conditions

  1. All gaming outcomes are determined by our Random Number Generator (RNG) software.
  2. Wagers placed are non-refundable unless specified otherwise in a particular promotion.
  3. In exceptional circumstances, we may void games for technical reasons or at the discretion of management.

Bonus Abuse Prevention

To prevent bonus abuse and ensure fair play:

  • We reserve the right to monitor user activity and withdraw bonuses if necessary
  • You must not use any tools designed specifically to automate the wagering process

Deposits and Withdrawals (if supported by source material)

  1. Our Platform offers Interac, bank transfer and cryptocurrency payment options.
  2. There is a minimum deposit of $50 for most payment methods except for certain promotions offering smaller limits.

Technical Interruptions or Voided Gameplay
